These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the MyTutors platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our service.
General Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MyTutors, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed through the MyTutors payment system. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation as per our cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for any payment processing fees. Invoices and receipts will be provided for all transactions.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Both tutors and clients must follow the cancellation process through the platform.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, users agree to attempt resolution through our support team first. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be handled through binding arbitration. Users waive the right to legal action and class action suits.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on MyTutors, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of MyTutors Pte Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyTutors is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
MyTutors reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms. Users may request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, users lose access to all platform services.
