Pay through MyTutors
Complete your booking payment via the platform. Each lesson in your payment earns 1 stamp — a 1×/week booking earns 2 stamps, a 2×/week booking earns 4.

Stamps are credited automatically once your payment is confirmed. Collect 10 to unlock your reward.
How your reward is calculated
Your reward credit = the average value of those 10 stamps (roughly one free lesson).

If your booking costs more than your credit, you just pay the difference. If it costs less, any leftover credit stays in your reward balance for your next booking — nothing is lost.
Important things to know
- Stamps are credited only after your booking payment is successfully processed through MyTutors. Each lesson in your payment earns 1 stamp. Both regular weekly online and home tuition qualify — ad hoc one-off online lessons don't earn stamps.
- Your reward credit equals the average amount paid across the 10 stamps collected.
- Reward credit applies to your next eligible booking payment. One reward per booking — no combining.
- If your reward covers more than your payment, the remaining balance stays in your reward for future use. If less, you pay the difference.
- Reward credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used when making a payment for a new booking.
- If your reward fully covers a booking (you pay $0), that booking earns no stamp — you can't earn rewards by spending rewards.
- Using a reward on a booking earns you 1 fewer stamp for that booking (the tutor's stamps are unaffected).
- Terminated bookings do not earn stamps; any stamps already issued for a terminated booking are removed.
- Loyalty reward credits expire 12 months after creation and auto-renew for another year whenever you make a new booking payment.
